If you would like to request deletion of your CanOS account and eligible associated data, please fill out the form below. We will verify the requester, review scope and holds, process eligible deletion within 30 days, and send a confirmation to your email. Records required by law, an active hold, or a documented financial obligation may be retained for that limited purpose.
To remove a connected Gmail account, sign in and open Gmail → Accounts. Remove a personal connection yourself, or ask an authorized account administrator to remove a shared connection. CanOS deletes the local OAuth credentials immediately, stops Gmail access and notification delivery, removes applicable Gmail-synced CRM copies and Gmail-derived notifications from active systems, and attempts to revoke the Google credential. The completion record retains only timing, scope, actor/subject IDs, and deletion counts—not Gmail addresses, credentials, subjects, or message bodies.
If you cannot sign in, use this form and state that the request concerns Gmail data. We verify the requester before acting. Active Gmail data is removed immediately; access-restricted encrypted disaster-recovery backups expire within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.
For a connected Gmail account, active credentials and Gmail-derived CRM records are removed immediately when the connection or CanOS account is deleted. Encrypted backup copies expire within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
